About CORE

CORE CBS Limited is a chartered building surveying consultancy established in 2012 to provide services to commercial property owners and occupiers. The company specialises in project services and dilapidations, alongside all other traditional building surveying services.

Our team is made up of friendly, hard working, experienced surveyors with a hands-on approach. We work with a wide range of clients, including large pension funds, property companies, local and national occupiers, and individual property owners.

The Role

We are not looking for a specific level of building surveyor, we are looking for a specific person that matches our mindset, ethos and work ethic.

This is a full-time role for a building surveyor working from our Chesham office. The role will expose you to all of our services, working closely with the rest of our team and our clients to deliver a high quality service that achieves our client's aspirations.

Experience and Skills Required

• MRICS Building Surveyor (or working towards Chartered status)
• Strong background in commercial surveying and properties
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with a can-do approach
• Full UK driving licence
