Restructuring Senior Manager

Job description

Gambit Search are working with a top advisory practice who need a restructuring professional at senior manager level to focus on advisory & financial restructuring mandates. You will be based in Manchester or Leeds. The team is in a period of growth and for those joining the team, there's a clear route through to partnership - no bottleneck.

As a senior manager in the restructuring team, you'll be leading on delivery of:

• Independent Business Reviews ("IBRs")
• Options
• Financial Restructuring
• Contingency Planning
• Short-term cashflow forecasting

The team operates as a national resource but you'll be based in the Manchester or Leeds office - which works on the largest, most complex mandates. The Partner group has plans to take the division forward and these are already in motion. You would be a key member of the team. As a business, they aren't overwhelming in size and they have long been known to have an excellent culture.

To be considered for the role, you need to have extensive restructuring / advisory experience from a similar role and be operating as an experienced manager or senior manager.
