Meraki Talent is working with an established Professional Services firm, looking for an experience EA who is able to proactively manage at c-suite level. This role sits within a busy M&A team.
This role will suit someone who is used to working in fast-paced environments, working collaboratively with other EA across the business to provide streamline operations.
Executive Assistant duties:
- Manage multiple diaries and proactively coordinate meetings
- Scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare documents, agendas and send round ahead of meetings
- Take actions points while attending meetings
- Extensive travel arrangements including domestic and international
- Prepare, edit and review presentations, reports and other documents
- Act as the first point of contact between clients, internal and external stakeholders
- Working with other EAs across the business to ensure smooth running operations
- Support with event logistics, internal and externals, including venue sourcing and AV set ups
Person Specification:
- Previous experience support c-suite level in a corporate environment
- Ideally experienced working within an mergers and acquisitions division. Open to sector including Financial Services, Professional Services, such as legal, accountancy, investments and private equity
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple diaries
- High attention to detail
