Reward Specialist
Leeds - Hybrid
Salary £57,000 - £63,000
Elevation HR are partnering with a commercial client to appoint an experienced Reward Partner to lead and deliver a comprehensive reward and benefits offering across the business.
This is a visible, business-facing role where you’ll shape how reward supports performance, retention and growth. You’ll work closely with HR and senior leaders to ensure reward frameworks are commercially sound, competitive and aligned to business goals.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading annual reward and benefits cycles, including salary reviews and renewals
- Developing and embedding job architecture frameworks
- Conducting external benchmarking to maintain market competitiveness
- Managing third-party providers, including benefits partners
- Delivering detailed reward analysis and reporting, with clear, practical recommendations
- Managing job evaluation and pay benchmarking processes (Willis Towers Watson desirable)
- Supporting and delivering key reward projects
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience within Reward
- Strong commercial awareness and business understanding
- Confident influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capability
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insight
- Experience supporting or leading reward-related projects
