Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in London. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, optimize supply chain processes, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards across the commodities trading lifecycle. Responsibilities include supervising logistics, managing vendor and client relationships, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and driving operational excellence to support organizational goals. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that promote efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and operational processes
• Proficiency in team leadership, project management, and resource optimization
• Understanding of risk management, compliance, and commodity trading regulations
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills
• Effective verbal and written communication and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
• Experience in industries such as metals, minerals, or commodities trading preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
