Sales progression/client care consultant position

We are now recruiting for a specialist after sale client /care consultant to join our successful team. This is an important position for us and is often described as the back bone of our business.

The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team on an administrative and supporting role engaging with our buyers and vendors to progress our property sales to successful completions.

Skills required

• An understanding of the UK residential conveyancing process
• Organisation and the ability to prioritise
• Excellent communication skills in person, by telephone and email
• Administrative competency together with CRM and computer skill sets
• Target driven

• Ethical and conscientious.

Part time and full time hours considered with a degree of flexibility .

OTE earnings circa £30,000 (pro-rataed for part time hours) with the potential for additional bonus subject to performance.
