A highly respected Mayfair disputes boutique is entering its next phase of growth and is looking to hire 3–5 senior, entrepreneurial litigators across commercial disputes, civil litigation, and white-collar crime.

This is a rare opportunity to step out of the constraints of Big Law and build a practice on your own terms — with the earning potential, autonomy and influence that typically come far later in a traditional partnership track.

Exceptional earning model

• Competitive base salary: £60k–£120k (flexible for exceptional originators)
• 40% of receipts on work you originate (billed and paid)

Strong originators can out-earn many big-firm salaried partners, with far greater control and transparency.

• A Senior Associate or Salaried Partner at a City or leading boutique firm
