ETP/ETF Capital Markets Lead

Job description

We are partnering with high-growth, publicly listed financial services firm to hire an ETP Capital Markets Lead in London.

This is a newly created role to own the capital markets function end-to-end and become the external face across the AP / market maker / liquidity ecosystem.

What you’ll own

• AP and market maker coverage across a European ETP suite
• Creation/redemption flows (cash and in-kind) and robust controls
• Capital markets strategy for launches: liquidity, spreads, venue setup, execution
• Relationships across exchanges, custodians, primes, and liquidity providers
• Trading insight + technical support alongside Sales for key institutional clients
• Market structure SME: settlement cycles, CSDs, MiFID II / UCITS, cross-border listings

Profile they are targeting

• 7–10+ years in ETF/ETP capital markets (issuer/asset manager strongly preferred; broker/exchange also relevant)
• Deep understanding of the ETF/ETP wrapper (primary/secondary, baskets, NAV, spreads, liquidity)
• Proven track record with APs + liquidity providers
• Crypto ETP experience not required — TradFi ETF capital markets is the core.
