Job description
A growing UK financial services and fintech business is looking for an In-House Solicitor to support complex commercial contracts, regulatory matters, and cross-border transactions on a 6 month contract.
What you’ll do:
- Advise on commercial, fintech, and financial services matters
- Lead contract negotiations and strategic projects
- Support internal teams on regulatory, GDPR, and compliance issues
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and external counsel
You’ll bring:
- England & Wales qualified solicitor (international experience a plus)
- Strong experience in commercial, regulatory, or financial services law
- Confidence navigating complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
