Role Description

This is a Part-time role as a Lead Coach at Little Kickers Portsmouth and Gosport, located in Portsmouth and Gosport. The Lead Coach will be responsible for planning and delivering football lessons tailored to children, managing and supporting a team of coaches, and ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining safety standards, communicating with parents and guardians, and upholding the standards and values of Little Kickers.

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching, sports management, or physical education
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members
• Knowledge of child development, age-appropriate teaching methods, or experience working with children
• First Aid certification and safeguarding knowledge are advantageous
• Organisational and time management skills to plan and execute lessons effectively
• Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications are a plus
