NXA Talent are delighted to be working with an International 3pl to find a Continuous Improvement Manager to support national contracts across numerous sectors.


The successful candidate is likely to have experience in 3pl warehousing and/or transport process improvement.


The role:

  • Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operational strategy.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, and MTM methodologies
  • Coach site leadership and frontline teams on continuous improvement principles
  • Build CI capability through training, mentoring, and hands-on support.
  • Manage multiple CI projects simultaneously with the ability to demonstrate value and rollout solutions quickly & efficiently
  • Grow and evaluate the existing CI framework


The skillset:

  • Experience of operational CI programmes within a warehousing and/or transport environment
  • Experience within ecommerce and/or retail logistics is preferred but NOT essential
  • The successful candidate is likely to have an operational approach and be comfortable in a shop floor environment
  • Demonstrable experience of developing/improving a CI framework would also be advantageous
  • Being Midlands based is advantageous
