Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Daventry

Salary: Up to £70,000 + Package (DOE)

We’re working with an established main contractor delivering social housing refurbishment projects across the Midlands, who are now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support their growing framework workload.

This role will focus on energy efficiency improvement works and cladding remediation schemes, working across long-term programmes of work with housing associations and local authorities. The business has a strong reputation in the sector, a secure pipeline of work, and offers excellent long-term career prospects.

The Role

• Commercial management of social housing refurbishment projects
• Working on energy efficiency upgrades and cladding remediation schemes
• Managing variations, valuations, and cost reporting
• Working closely with operational teams and clients
