FIND are delighted to be representing an Ofsted graded Outstanding national training provider to hire an Accountancy Apprenticeship Tutor.


Founded in 2007, our client is an award-winning, UK-based provider of predominantly accountancy training and apprenticeships that has recently extended its services to offer skills and qualifications across the financial, leadership and digital sectors.


The role will involve both face to face classroom delivery in Crawley in addition to online training delivered from home.


About the role:

We are looking for a fully qualified ACCA/ICAEW professional to join our growing Crawley based team. We don't expect you to have taught before, and full training will be given. What we want you to bring is passion, a sense of humour and an infectious personality that can enthuse others, coupled with a technical understanding of accounting that will enable you to deliver impactful sessions to our students.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Training learners for the AAT and ICAEW professional qualifications.
  • Supporting apprenticeship programmes at levels 2, 3, 4 and 7.
  • Supporting students in their learning by answering queries, providing timely feedback on work
  • Supporting other team members through the provision of timely feedback on learner performance and progress


Requirements


  • ICAEW or ACCA fully qualified
  • Ability to inspire, influence and motivate, with an enthusiasm for learning
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Confident and professional, as you will be representing our brand to our learner
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage own workload
  • Computer literate
