A self-directed, remote sales & marketing position that supports people exploring a new professional pathway. You’ll generate demand, run structured conversations, and help right-fit customers move forward with clarity.
Workload: part-time to full-time (25–100%), aligned with your preferred pace.
- Build qualified demand through paid media, content, and email
- Launch and optimise funnels that attract career-change audiences
- Lead discovery calls and structured fit assessments
- Guide prospects through a clear decision pathway and onboarding steps
- Track outcomes, refine messaging, and improve conversion performance
- 5+ years in sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong communication and the ability to simplify decisions
- Comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end (strategy + execution)
- Genuine interest in personal and professional growth
