The Role

A self-directed, remote sales & marketing position that supports people exploring a new professional pathway. You’ll generate demand, run structured conversations, and help right-fit customers move forward with clarity.

Workload: part-time to full-time (25–100%), aligned with your preferred pace.

What You’ll Do

• Build qualified demand through paid media, content, and email
• Launch and optimise funnels that attract career-change audiences
• Lead discovery calls and structured fit assessments
• Guide prospects through a clear decision pathway and onboarding steps
• Track outcomes, refine messaging, and improve conversion performance

• 5+ years in sales, marketing, or business development
• Strong communication and the ability to simplify decisions
• Comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end (strategy + execution)
• Genuine interest in personal and professional growth
