Site Set-Up Associate / Senior Associate

Birmingham City Centre- Hybrid

£50,000 – £65,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

A leading national, multi-office Legal 100 law firm is looking to appoint a Site Set-Up Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Residential Development team in Birmingham.

This is an opportunity to join a firm built on development and real estate, sitting within a large national residential development and plots practice that acts for major housebuilders across the UK. You will work closely alongside recognised partners and be part of a collaborative and well-established Birmingham team.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of residential development matters, including:

• Acting for major housebuilders on site set-up and preparation of sale documentation
• Advising on significant transactions for national developers
• Drafting documentation for site set-ups, including contracts, leases and transfers
• Advising on the acquisition of numerous development sites, ensuring a smooth and commercially focused site set-up process
• Supporting developers from acquisition through to plot sales

This role offers exposure to high-quality work within a structured, supportive and nationally recognised development practice.

About You

• Experience in residential development, ideally with site set-up expertise
• Confident drafting contracts, leases and transfers
• Commercially minded with strong technical ability
• Able to work effectively as part of a wider national team
• Ambitious and client-focused, looking to progress your career within a leading real estate practice
