Primary Teacher –

Durham

£135 – £232.57 per day

Monday – Friday | 08:30 – 4:00pm

Start Date: After Easter


Milk Education are recruiting a purpose-driven and ambitious Primary Teacher to work within a welcoming and supportive Primary School in Durham, starting after the Easter break.

This is a fantastic opportunity for both ECTs and experienced teachers looking to make a real difference in an inclusive school environment that champions diversity, equality and pupil wellbeing.


The Role

  • Deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Promote inclusion and acceptance of all pupils
  • Adapt teaching to meet individual learning and pastoral needs
  • Assess, track and report on pupil progress
  • Work collaboratively with school staff to create a positive and inspiring learning environment


Essential Requirements

  • QTS (or relevant UK teaching qualification)
  • Recent experience within a primary school setting
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
