Brighton (Hybrid)

Contract / Freelance | Day rate: DOE | Start: ASAP | Duration: 3 months


I’m recruiting for an established brand looking for a commercially aware, culturally fluent Social & Influencer Manager to take end-to-end ownership of organic social & influencer strategy and drive measurable engagement, traffic and revenue contribution.


You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders (including Head of E-Commerce and Creative Director/Founder) to ensure brand expression stays culturally resonant while delivering commercial outcomes.


What you’ll be doing

Channel ownership (Organic Social & Influencer)

  • Own strategy + execution across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, X, YouTube (plus emerging platforms)
  • Build platform strategy to grow audience, engagement, traffic and affiliate revenue
  • Lead the social calendar across drops, launches and promotional moments
  • Keep activity aligned to brand guardrails while remaining commercially effective


Influencer & creator programme

  • Own the creator ecosystem across gifted, affiliate and paid partnerships
  • Build creator tiering + performance frameworks
  • Optimise performance using codes, UTMs and affiliate data
  • Maintain oversight of budgets, spend tracking and ROI with E-Commerce


Commercial reporting

  • Deliver weekly/monthly reporting across engagement, growth, traffic and revenue metrics
  • Balance promotional activity with long-term brand equity + community growth


Cross-functional leadership

  • Collaborate with Creative, Product, Merchandising, Legal, Operations to land campaigns smoothly
  • Lead/develop the social & influencer function with clear KPIs (scope dependent on current setup)


What I’m looking for

  • Proven experience owning social & influencer strategy within a fashion/lifestyle/culturally-led brand
  • Track record of growing organic platforms and creator programmes
  • Strong understanding of affiliate programmes and performance tracking
  • Comfortable with analytics, reporting and senior stakeholder management
  • Strong judgement, organised, proactive, accountable
  • Cultural fluency in alternative fashion / subculture communities
