Commercial Litigation Associate 3+ PQE | London, West-End| Top-Tier L500 & HNW Chambers firm | Hybrid working 3 days Per Week


The Firm:


Located in the West-End of London, this Top Tier L500 and HNW Chambers-ranked London firm is seeking a commercial/civil litigation solicitor to join its growing team. Known for handling complex civil litigation and contentious probate matters, the firm represents both individuals and organisations, combining technical expertise with a collaborative, supportive culture.

The firm offers hybrid working up to 3 days per week, supporting flexibility alongside career development.


The Role:


This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload, from drafting court documents and advising clients to negotiating settlements and attending hearings or trials.


You will:

  • Handle medium to high-value civil litigation matters in the County Court and High Court.
  • Build strong client relationships and provide strategic legal advice.
  • Draft pleadings, witness statements, letters before action, and settlement agreements.
  • Conduct research to support case strategy and client guidance.
  • Attend hearings, case management conferences, and trials, representing clients or instructing counsel.
  • Contribute to business development and assist partners in growing the practice.

The Candidate & Benefits:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years’ civil & commercial litigation experience.
  • Experience with complex or high-profile cases and relevant civil procedure rules.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent client relationship management and business development abilities.
  • Familiarity with case management software and compliance with SRA/Lexcel standards.
  • Occasional travel to courts or client meetings may be required.
