Salary: Up to £80,000

The Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets
• Manage cost control from inception to completion
• Provide regular financial reporting to clients
• Work on diverse projects across public and private sectors

Requirements

To succeed as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will need:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role within the UK
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects
• A proactive, resilient, and detail-oriented approach
• MRICS preferred but not essential
