Requirements for the Childcare Panel Solicitor:

• Representing children, Children’s Guardians, parents and local authorities in complex public law child protection cases and private family law matters.
• Acting for parents and children involved with social services both pre proceedings and during proceedings. Our team assists with all matters, including
• applications for emergency protection orders, care orders, supervision orders, secure accommodation orders, special guardianship orders (including advice upon support plans),
• Adoption and applications under the Inherent Jurisdiction of the High Court.
