We are expanding our leadership team in our high performing Edgbaston clinic and are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven Clinic Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations, drive performance, and lead a high‑performing clinical and front-of-house team.

As Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and successful running of the clinic. You will lead by example, maintain outstanding customer service standards, and drive revenue growth while ensuring full compliance with clinical governance, CQC, and internal protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team including practitioners, nurses, and consultants
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure an exceptional patient experience
  • Achieve and exceed financial targets through effective KPI management
  • Maintain the highest standards of governance, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Manage clinic rota planning, stock levels, and operational efficiency
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development strategies
  • Deliver monthly performance reports and contribute to regional business goals
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Handle escalated patient concerns with empathy and professionalism

We’re looking for a confident leader with strong commercial and operational experience—ideally within aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, or a premium service environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical, healthcare, or aesthetic setting
  • Strong commercial awareness with a track record of meeting KPIs
  • Excellent communication and people‑management skills
  • Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to deliver a luxury patient experience
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of compliance, CQC standards, and clinical protocols (preferred but not essential)
