Job description
We are recruiting a Litigation Supervisor to manage complex Intermediate / Multi-Track Personal Injury cases. You will run your own caseload while mentoring junior team members, playing a key role in the team’s continued growth and success.
Team
Working within our Motor team, you will progress Personal Injury claims through multiple stages of litigation on behalf of leading motor insurer clients. You will operate within our hybrid working model from our offices in Birmingham or Manchester.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage a caseload of Fast Track and Intermediate complex Personal Injury matters
- Supervise, train, and provide guidance and support to less experienced colleagues
- Draft and file court documents
- Lead negotiations to drive case progression and settlement
- Deliver high-quality client service while ensuring compliance with internal and procedural standards
Required Experience
- Qualified Solicitor
- Approximately 4+ years’ experience handling high-value litigated Personal Injury claims
- 18+ months’ experience in a supervisory capacity within litigated Personal Injury work
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
- Strong negotiation, organisational, and communication skills
- Formal legal qualifications are advantageous; however, demonstrable practical litigation experience is essential
