A highly regarded law firm is seeking a confident and professional Junior Legal PA to join its busy team in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Junior Legal PA or Legal Administrator looking to step into a high-profile support role within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enabling fee earners to deliver top-tier legal services by managing day-to-day administrative functions, coordinating client interactions, and ensuring smooth operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & PA Support
- Manage complex diaries and meeting schedules, including internal and external appointments.
- Organise travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries.
- Handle document management, filing, archiving, printing, and correspondence.
- Ensure all tasks and deadlines are completed efficiently and proactively.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Be the first point of contact for client queries (phone/email/in-person).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the CRM system.
- Arrange client meetings and assist with basic client relationship tasks.
Document Production & File Management
- Review and amend correspondence, legal documents, and presentations.
- Provide urgent and confidential typing when required.
- Assist with formatting, compiling, and proofreading legal materials.
Finance & Billing Support
- Assist with daily time recording and ensure accurate billing processes.
- Liaise with accounts for invoicing and reporting.
- Process cheque requests, bank transfers, and payments as necessary.
Team Collaboration
- Provide support to other PAs and team members when needed.
- Participate in departmental phone cover and rota duties.
- Communicate planned absences and assist in coordinating cover.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone highly organised, proactive, and confident in managing a busy and varied workload in a legal environment.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Team Assistant or Legal Admin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- A proactive, flexible, and collaborative working style.
