Afters: Monday - Thursday, 2pm - 12am

£35,000

Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be exclusively supporting a growing forward-thinking sustainability business who are looking for a proactive Production Supervisor committed to lean principles, continuous improvement and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys being visible on the shop floor and driving real, sustainable improvements.

This role is to manage a brand new permanent afters shifts so will include full site management during the back end of the shift, including locking up the factory and escalating any issues to the management team immediately.

Key Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor include:

• Lead and supervise a production team to meet daily output, quality and delivery targets
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives including 5S, waste reduction, standard work and problem-solving
• Champion continuous improvement, encouraging team involvement and ownership
• Promote a strong health & safety culture, ensuring full compliance at all times
• Support training, coaching and development of team
• Work closely with opposite Shift Production Supervisor to monitor and hit KPI's and address any issues

We’re looking for Production Supervisors with the below skills & experience:

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor / Team Leader in a high volume manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing tools and CI methodologies
• Confident people leader with the ability to engage and motivate teams
• Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs to improve performance
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach with a genuine desire to make things better
• IOSH or similar H&S qualification (desirable but not essential)
