SITE MANAGERS Wanted - Industrial Roofing and Cladding (roof refurbishment)

North West Based | Full Time

We’re on the lookout for hands-on Site Managers to join our industrial roofing & cladding team at VBS Ltd.

This is not a desk job — we need someone who knows their way around a live site, can keep things moving, and takes pride in running a tidy, safe, well-organised project.

What we need you to be good at:-

• Managing cladding gangs and keeping productivity up

• Organising the day-to-day running of site

• Keeping works on programme

• Sorting deliveries, access, plant and site logistics

• Being the person everyone goes to on site

• Taking pride in standards, safety and quality

You must have:-

✔ SMSTS

✔ Relevant CSCS card

✔ Other relevant site qualifications (First Aid, IPAF/PASMA helpful)

✔ Solid background in industrial roofing & cladding (refurbishment)

✔ Experience working on asbestos roof refurbishment / overcladding projects

We are a family-run company delivering large industrial roofing refurbishments - we do things safely, and to a high standard.
