Country Manager – Food & Beverage (UK)

4Leisure are searching for a Country Manager on behalf of a well-capitalised international group to lead the market entry and scale-up of multiple Food & Beverage concepts in the UK.

This is a senior, end-to-end leadership role with full accountability for launch, operations, and profitability, combining strategic setup with hands-on execution.

The Opportunity

The Role

• Lead UK market entry: legal setup, licensing, compliance, and site rollout
• Launch pilot locations and build scalable multi-brand operating models
• Own full P&L and drive sustainable profitability
• Build and lead local teams across operations and support functions
• Act as the primary UK representative with landlords, partners, and regulators
• Work closely with international HQ to localise brands while maintaining brand integrity

Candidate Profile

• 8–10+ years’ senior F&B or hospitality experience
• Proven UK multi-site launch or expansion track record
• Strong knowledge of UK labour law, food safety, and regulatory frameworks
• Commercially astute, execution-driven, and entrepreneurial
• Passion for F&B
