Salary: £35,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday–Friday (evening and weekend work required for events)

Greens Catering delivers high-quality, bespoke catering for a wide range of events. We pride ourselves on exceptional food, seamless service and creating memorable client experiences. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and organised Catering & Events Manager to join our team.

This is a varied and hands-on role combining sales, event planning and on-the-day event delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for client and supplier enquiries
• Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally
• Prepare quotes and create tailored event proposals
• Work closely with the Sales Manager and Head Chef to deliver bespoke events
• Liaise with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth event planning
• Manage and coordinate in-house event staff
• Organise equipment and event logistics
• Host client tastings
• Assist with event set-up and work on-site at events
• Provide general office-based administrative support

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine interest in food and drink
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple events at once
• Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Enthusiasm to support business growth
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
