Customer Service Advisor (Hybrid)

Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 + monthly bonus

Lanova Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a growing organisation in the search for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and supportive team based in Glasgow City Centre.

This opportunity would suit someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering a high standard of service within a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing

As the first point of contact, you’ll handle customer enquiries via phone and email, providing clear and supportive guidance around accounts and payment arrangements.

You’ll manage a variety of situations, including customers experiencing changes in personal circumstances, ensuring every interaction is handled with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound customer enquiries across phone and email
• Providing guidance on accounts, payments, and available options
• Supporting customers through changes in their circumstances
• Resolving queries efficiently and professionally
• Updating internal systems accurately
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes
