Who We’re Looking For

• Someone who can handle pace, pressure, and multiple live processes
• A team player who contributes to the wider business, not just their own desk
• Ambitious consultants who want to be known as market leaders
• Independent thinkers, we trust you to make decisions and value your input
• Strong client managers, comfortable owning the full recruitment lifecycle
• Consultants with experience in (or a clear path toward) a Managing Consultant role
• Experienced 360 consultants, or strong 180s ready to step up into a full 360 role
