Wilmslow | £30,000 basic + £40,000 OTE

What you’ll be doing

As a Talent Executive, you’ll be right at the heart of the action - helping clients find incredible entry‑level sales talent while building long‑term relationships and becoming a trusted advisor.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Supporting clients through the hiring process
• Managing job ads, shortlisting, and pipelines
• Working closely with senior consultants who will mentor you
• Bringing energy, ideas, and ambition to a high‑performing team

No experience? No problem.

If you’ve got drive, coachability, and strong communication - we’ll teach you the rest.
