Commercial Associate

Job description

A leading global law firm are seeking a Commercial Associate to join their Cambridge office.

You will join the firm's IP, IT and Commercial team providing advise to SMEs, larger PLCs, multi-national enterprises as well as start-ups, research institutes, charities and spin outs.

You will draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements and will provide a full range of IP and commercial and regulatory advice to clients, with a focus on those in the life sciences sector. Some of the work has an international focus including in the US.

Please apply if you have a minimum of 3 years PQE in commercial law. Experience in the life sciences sector would be advantageous. In-house experience would be helpful but is not a requirement.

This is a highly exciting role where you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the life sciences sector, working with clients at the cutting edge of scientific research, in a friendly close knit-office environment.
