I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a successful manufacturing business based in Huddersfield who are looking to appoint a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

The Role


You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales order process for both UK and international customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey from order receipt through to delivery.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Liaising with UK and overseas customers
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely dispatch
  • Handling customer queries and providing updates
  • Supporting with export documentation where required


About You


  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales order processing role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with international customers
  • Proactive and able to work well within a team
