About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Dental Operations Manager to join our growing group at Sync Dental. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the operational success of our practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and leading a high-performing team of Treatment Coordinators, driving excellence in patient experience and practice performance
  • Leading and supporting 8 practice teams from the ground up, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional development
  • Working closely with practice managers and clinical leads to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations across all sites
  • Taking full ownership of cost control, budget management, and P&L across all practices, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are utilised effectively
  • Analysing financial performance data and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and reduce unnecessary expenditure
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators across all practices
  • Implementing and maintaining operational policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.


About You:

  • Proven experience in a dental operations or management role within a dental group or similar healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams
  • Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, cost control, and P&L responsibility across multiple sites
  • Financially astute with the ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable operational improvements
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Commercially minded with a good understanding of practice performance metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple sites effectively
  • A collaborative, hands-on approach with a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.


Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential, as the role requires regular travel between our practices across Surrey, Berkshire, and London)
  • Proven experience managing multi-site dental operations is highly desirable
  • Available to work full-time, Mon to Fri including some weekends.
