JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Account Manager / AD, you will support the management of a portfolio of our clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with our services and that we continue to deliver value to them. You will work closely with the COO and team to execute campaigns, manage client relationships, and drive projects to successful completion.
The requirements of the role are -
CLIENT MANAGEMENT
· Support the COO and team in building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for select accounts.
· Understand our clients' business needs and assist in developing strategies to address them.
EXECUTE MARKETING CAMPAIGNS
· Develop and assist in the execution of strategic marketing plans.
· As a part of a small agency, you will be hands-on in the execution, working with both external and internal teams to deliver successful campaigns.
· Our campaigns cover a broad range of disciplines from ATL to BTL and you’ll need to be happy to deliver omnichannel campaigns.
GROW CLIENTS AND WIN NEW ONES
· Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and contribute to new business pitches.
· Collaborate with the COO and team on proposals and presentations for potential clients.
· Develop and deliver our own marketing campaigns to drive new business opportunities.
DRIVE ACCOUNT PROFITABILITY
· Assist in managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
· Help identify areas where efficiencies can be improved and costs managed effectively.
DRIVE THE AGENCY PROPOSITION FORWARD
· Stay updated on the latest trends within the kids and family marketing space.
· Contribute ideas for innovation and ways to enhance our agency's proposition.
TEAM LEADER
· Manage, coach and develop the marketing team, helping people do their best work.
· Set the pace when needed and stay hands-on, jumping in to deliver when deadlines are tight.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Communication skills – Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and work well with clients and colleagues.
- Previous Agency Experience – This role is ideal for someone who is currently a Senior Account Manager with 3-5 years of experience, looking to advance their career. Experience in kids and family marketing is a plus.
- Execution Experience – Hands-on experience in delivering marketing campaigns is essential. You should be able to discuss various tactics, from PR strategies to social media advertising, with clients.
- Independence – A self-starter who can manage their own workload, solve problems independently, and adapt to the challenges that arise.
