Sales Specialist – Luxury Tailoring & Ready-to-Wear

Savile Row, London

Salary: Up to £38,000 + Commission.

We are currently partnering with a prestigious luxury tailoring house on Savile Row to recruit a Sales Associate who will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while driving sales across both ready-to-wear and made-to-measure collections. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected luxury environment where craftsmanship, personalised service, and long-term client relationships are at the heart of the business.

The Role:

The Sales Associate will combine strong sales performance with impeccable front-of-house service, ensuring every client receives a seamless and personalised experience. Working closely with the tailoring team, you will support clients throughout their journey, from ready-to-wear purchases to made-to-measure services. A background or genuine interest in tailoring, garment construction, or fit would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
• Drive both ready-to-wear and made-to-measure sales by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through proactive clienteling and follow-ups
• Develop strong knowledge of product collections, craftsmanship, materials, and brand heritage
• Support visual merchandising standards and maintain a luxurious store environment
• Assist with daily store operations including POS transactions, stock management, and administrative tasks

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail, tailoring, or premium service environments
• Strong interest in tailoring, garment construction, and styling
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident using POS and CRM systems
• Professional, polished presentation aligned with luxury standards
