SUPERVISOR – LONDON

LUXURY READY-TO-WEAR | UP TO £32,000 + COMMISSION

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the management team in driving daily sales performance and achieving store KPIs
• Lead by example on the shopfloor, delivering exceptional styling and personalised service
• Assist with coaching and motivating the team to maximise individual and store results
• Build and maintain a strong client book, driving repeat business and long-term relationships
• Ensure high standards across visual merchandising, stock organisation, and boutique presentation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a Senior Sales Advisor or Supervisor role within luxury fashion
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills
• Commercially aware with a proven ability to drive sales and exceed targets
• Hands-on approach with the ability to lead and motivate by example
• Polished, professional, and confident representing a luxury brand
