Urathon is recruiting for a Field Sales Representative to join a growing business with exciting plans for expansion within the medical equipment and aids for daily living sector. With a strong reputation for quality manufacturing and tailored product solutions, the organisation is continuing to invest in its sales function to support increasing demand across the UK and international markets.

The Package:

• £35,000–£37,000 basic salary + commission and quarterly bonus
• Company vehicle provided
• Hybrid working pattern (office, home and field based)
• Travel expenses, accommodation and meals covered
• Full training and ongoing development

The Role:

• Develop relationships with retailers, distributors and healthcare providers
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Attend client meetings, site visits and industry events
• Promote and demonstrate product solutions
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

About You:

• Confident communicator with a relationship-focused approach
• Motivated and proactive with a commercial mindset
• Comfortable travelling and working independently
• Full UK driving licence required
• Some exposure to sales, retail or healthcare environments is beneficial
