Title: National Account Manager, Grocery

Location: London 2/3 days a week

Salary: Up to £55k + bonus

A fast-growing, innovative food business, passionate about bringing great products to market is looking for their next sales hire in a Grocery National Account Manager.

They pride themselves on agility, creativity, and the ability to make a real impact across the category. They are looking to expand their reach in grocery retail and build strong, long-term relationships with retail partners. You would be part of a team that values entrepreneurial thinking, collaboration, and driving growth every day.

The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, ambitious and highly driven, with a passion for building strong retailer relationships and delivering results. You’ll be someone who spots opportunities, thinks strategically and brings energy and ownership to everything you do.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with major UK grocery accounts

• Lead Joint Business Planning with key retail partners

• Deliver revenue, profit and market share targets

• Identify growth opportunities across range, promotions and distribution

• Work cross-functionally with marketing, category, supply chain and finance teams

• Analyse sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions

• Negotiate trading terms and promotional plans

Key Experience

• Proven experience managing UK grocery retail accounts

• Strong commercial and negotiation skills

• Track record of delivering sales growth within FMCG

• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management

• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
