Territory: Norfolk, Peterborough, Cambridge, Colchester

Products: Sports medicine portfolio including capital equipment, cameras and arthroscopes for soft tissue repair.

THE COMPANY: Global medical device manufacturer with a £3bn turnover and strong year-on-year growth. Known for innovation and high-quality surgical technology used across NHS and private hospitals.

THE ROLE: Territory Manager responsible for managing key accounts and winning new business across theatre environments. Selling sports medicine solutions to surgeons, consultants, theatre teams and procurement. Strong training provided with excellent earning potential.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Orthopaedic or theatre sales experience, or clinical background (physio, sports science, nursing)

• Strong new business ability

• Confident, engaging relationship builder

PACKAGE:

• £50k–£65k basic + £30k uncapped bonus

• Company car + benefits
