Key Account Manager
We’re working with an exciting and fast-growing toy brand looking to bring on a Key Account Manager to support their continued expansion across the UK retail market.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a creative, product-led business that partners with some of the most recognisable retailers in the industry.
The Role
As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with major retail partners, driving sales performance, and ensuring successful product launches across key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop relationships with major UK retail accounts
• Deliver joint business plans and drive revenue growth
• Lead commercial negotiations and promotional planning
• Analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, supply chain and product
• Support successful product launches and seasonal campaigns
What We’re Looking For
• Experience managing key retail accounts (ideally within toys, consumer games or similar)
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Ability to build long-term relationships with retail partners
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to sales performance
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally with internal teams
• Passion for consumer products and brand-led businesses
