Bradford Jacobs is assisting a workplace technology company that helps teams coordinate where and how they work. Their platform makes hybrid work simple by aligning people, spaces, and schedules—while giving organizations the insights they need to use workspaces more effectively. Built to work seamlessly inside Microsoft 365, our client enables flexible work without friction.


They are seeking a proactive and self-starting Lead Generator to join their team in London. You’ll play a critical role in identifying and qualifying leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Google.
  • Grow customer base on both the Workplace Scheduler and On Demand.
  • Conduct outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups using the BOX SOS CRM system.
  • Research potential clients and decision-makers to develop effective outreach strategies.
  • Leverage social media platforms to support lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach campaigns.
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics and performance.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision makers.


Qualifications:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support.
  • Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with using Google for prospect research.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and target-driven environments.
  • Proficient in social media platforms for business (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
  • A self-starter with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.


Preferred:

  • Previous experience in the SaaS sector is a plus.


Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum.

Incentive bonus plan.

Blackfriars area - fully office based.
