About the Role
This role sits within a high-performing commercial team responsible for driving agency revenue across a defined patch. The business pioneered an innovative approach to video advertising that seamlessly integrates within premium content environments, creating formats that deliver strong engagement without disrupting the user experience.
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in shaping agency partnerships, activating strategic campaigns, and positioning premium video solutions as a core part of brand-led media plans.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow revenue across a portfolio of major media agencies within a defined patch
- Build strong, long-term relationships with agency planners, buyers, and senior stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including planning, activation, and publisher partnerships
- Develop tailored proposals that align advertiser objectives with premium editorial environments
- Contribute to wider commercial strategy and team targets through proactive, collaborative working
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in digital media sales
- Proven experience selling into one of the Big Five agency groups with relevant contacts
- Strong understanding of brand, video, and digital advertising environments
- Confident, consultative communicator with a relationship-led approach
- Commercially driven, collaborative, and motivated to grow within a global business
