Starting Salary: £27,500+ (Higher DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:

• Use digital tools, referrals, and events to find top talent
• Interview and assess candidates to match them with the right roles
• Build your own business - cultivating strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Negotiate offers - Make placements
• Manage the full recruitment cycle (360) from start to finish
• Vertical market specialist

You’ll be supported every step of the way with best-in-class training and a clear path to promotion through our SThree Velocity Programme.
