Store Manager – Ashford Designer Outlet

We’re looking for an experienced Store or Assistant Manager to take the lead at a thriving luxury fashion outlet in Ashford. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a high-profile location, driving both commercial performance and an exceptional customer experience within a premium retail environment.

As Store Manager, you’ll be the face of the business in-store — leading from the front, inspiring your team, and ensuring every client interaction reflects the high standards of service expected in luxury retail.

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving sales performance, building strong client relationships, and exceeding targets.
• Leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver excellence on the shop floor.
• Using CRM and customer insights to create personalised, memorable experiences.
• Maintaining high standards of VM, stock control, and operational excellence.
• Acting as a role model for clienteling, service, and brand values.
• Creating a culture of accountability, growth, and commercial focus.

• Proven management experience in premium/luxury retail that really understand how to deliver great customer experiences.
• A natural leader who thrives on coaching, motivating, and getting the best out of people.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding sales and KPIs.
• Confident in clienteling and delivering a seamless customer journey.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in problem-solving.
