Account Manager – Drinks
Wholesale
London - Hybrid
£45k + 15% bonus + all travel covered
We’re working with a fast-growing better-for-you drinks brand that’s building real momentum across the UK.
They’re now looking for an Account Manager - Regional Wholesalers to take ownership of key wholesale partners and drive serious growth through that channel.
This isn’t a maintenance role. You’ll be building proper partnerships, unlocking new distribution, and making sure the brand doesn’t just get listed, it actually sells. It’s a chance to make a real mark in a business that’s scaling quickly.
What you’ll do
Own and grow relationships with regional wholesalers, keeping the brand front of mind
Build joint plans that genuinely drive volume and visibility
Identify and open new wholesale partners to expand route to market
Work closely with field sales to turn distribution into strong rate of sale
Unlock range extensions, secondary sitings and activation opportunities
Track performance, spot trends and share real market insight with the wider team
Collaborate with marketing and national accounts to keep execution sharp and aligned
What we’re looking for
FMCG experience, ideally working with wholesalers or within route to market
Strong understanding of how regional wholesale actually works day to day
Confident building relationships with buyers and decision makers
Commercially sharp and comfortable owning numbers
Motivated by growing a challenger brand in a fast-moving environment
