Our client, one of Edinburgh’s most respected names in Property is now seeking to bolster their City Sales team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a key fee generating role within a well-established Sales department.

You will play a key part in driving sales performance, drive market share within the Edinburgh market and look to work closely high-performing team as they look to grow further. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience within the Edinburgh market operating at a high level, or potentially looking to return to the capital.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance, identifying opportunities to expand market share.
• Maintain and enhance key client relationships, representing the brand at a senior level.
• Drive and improve market share in the Edinburgh City markets
• Support the development and execution of marketing, brand positioning, and business development initiatives.
• Work closely with Senior Stakeholders within the office to identify new business opportunities
  
  

About You

• A seasoned property professional with significant experience in the Edinburgh or wider Scottish residential market.
• Proven track record generating fees within the Edinburgh or Scottish markets.
• Well connected, proactive and looking to develop new business opportunities within personal client base
• A visible, credible presence able to inspire confidence across clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
