Sales Specialist – Siôn Jones Commercials

Porthcawl | Full-time | On-site (no remote)

Siôn Jones Commercials is a growing commercial vehicle dealership based in Porthcawl, specialising in supplying quality vehicles and tailored solutions to businesses across the UK.

Our reputation has been built on strong customer relationships, great service, and industry knowledge, with much of our business coming from repeat clients and recommendations.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Sales Specialist to join the team and play a key role in developing new business while maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers.

The Role

This is a hands-on sales role where you’ll be responsible for managing enquiries, building relationships with customers, and helping them find the right commercial vehicle solutions for their needs.

You’ll be working in a fast-moving and reactive environment, so being able to think on your feet, adapt quickly, and take initiative is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing customer enquiries and guiding them through the sales process

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable vehicle solutions

• Delivering a high level of customer service throughout the process

• Contributing to overall sales growth within the business

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• A natural ability to build rapport and relationships

• Previous sales experience with a target-driven mindset

• Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work well independently and within a team

• Experience in the commercial vehicle or automotive sector is a bonus

• Full driving licence and willingness to travel when required

Pay & Benefits

£20,000 base salary

OTE £125,000+ per year through commission
