At Juice, we are making every second count. We use patented computer vision to turn every vehicle into a persistent digital wallet. No tags, no apps, no kiosks. Drive in, plug in, drive off.

As a lean, distributed, VC-backed team, Juice is already processing millions of transactions globally, architecting the M2M payment rails for tomorrow’s $13 Trillion autonomous mobility economy.

The executive team is orchestrating explosive commercial expansion across the US and Europe. The company has vastly more opportunity than bandwidth and is scaling at a velocity that breaks normal organizations. Juice needs an absolute powerhouse to sit shotgun with the CEO.

This is not a support role. You will be operating as a shadow-founder on a rocket ship. One day you are deploying AI agents to tear through data from millions of live charging sessions; the next, you are jumping on calls alongside the CEO to win tier-1 partnerships with fleet operators in New York, or building the financial models for the next funding round.

This is not a 9-to-5 corporate grad scheme with wellness seminars. If you want a 12-month, trial-by-fire masterclass in raw capitalism, zero-to-one company building, and unreasonable autonomy, read on.

What you will execute:

• Ops, Deals & Partnerships: Source, structure, and close major partnership deals with massive US and European fleet operators, parking networks, and EV charging hubs directly for the CEO.
• AI & Data Domination: Wield AI and crunch massive datasets (millions of transaction sessions) to uncover hidden revenue vectors, automate global operations, and optimize pricing models.
• Execute via First Principles: Take ambiguous, impossible objectives from the Founders, break them down to their fundamental truths, and execute them flawlessly without a manual.
