Now, due to rapid growth and exciting expansion in our UK Convenience Channel, we are looking for a National Account Manager to help drive the business forward.



The Role – National Account Manager- Convenience

As a National Account Manager, you will be at the heart of driving growth and success in the UK Convenience Channel, managing both branded ice cream portfolios.


You will be part of a fast-moving, high-growth, and innovative business where you will:

  • Own and grow major retail accounts within the ice cream market
  • Develop and sell exciting branded and own-label product portfolios

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, becoming their go-to ice cream expert.
  • Sales Growth – Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and implement high growth strategies.
  • Product & Innovation – Collaborate with internal teams to develop and launch exciting, on-trend products that consumers will love.
  • Forecasting & Planning – Stay ahead of market trends, analyse competitor activity, and plan strategic sales initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance to bring winning strategies to life.
  • Performance & Reporting – Monitor KPIs, provide insights to senior leadership, and drive continuous success.

Candidate Requirements

We are seeking a commercially driven and results-oriented professional with significant experience in FMCG account management. The ideal candidate will have experience in Branded or Own Label FMCG Products and a strong track record in National Account Management across one of the following channels:


  • Grocery/Retail
  • Convenience
  • Cash & Carry Wholesale
