Major Project Exposure

Work directly with:

• Interior Designers
• Developers
• Property Teams
• Large end users across hospitality, residential, student living, and care sectors

You’ll be embedded in projects where design, function and commercial insight all meet.

Autonomy & Influence

This is not a micromanaged role.

You’ll manage your own territory, pipeline, meetings and project workload, shaping your own success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving new business across UK contract & project sales
• Researching and generating high‑quality leads
• Planning and delivering meetings & presentations
• Managing a full sales pipeline from quotation through conversion
• Building strong relationships across design and developer communities
• Using CRM tools to track progress and drive activity
• Attending exhibitions, events and industry forums
• Providing valuable market insight and customer intelligence

What We’re Looking For

• Experience selling to interior designers, developers or major end users
• Proven success in a field‑based new business role
• Background in contract sales or design‑led products (advantageous)
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills
• Able to manage multiple ongoing projects
• Confident with Microsoft 365; CRM experience preferred
